J.G.M. Properties, Inc. is a small, family owned, commercial management company founded in 1980. For almost 30 years, we’ve worked tirelessly to provide the best in customer service and care for our tenants. Each building we manage has it's own partnership in which we are the managing partner. This allows us to carefully budget and maintain each one.

J. Jay Mutschler is the President of J.G.M. Properties Jim Wagner is our Property Manager, Tamey Reynolds is our Office Administrator and Billing Manager (Tamey also takes the maintenance calls), Karen Miles is our Payables Manager, and Eli Russell is in charge of Leasing and Marketing.

Over the past four years we at J.G.M. Properties have streamlined our systems to provide more timely and accurate service to our tenants. As you will experience, J.G.M. is continuing to innovate using the latest technology and is motivated to find and implement better systems in our office. We strive to give the best personalized service to our tenants.
