About JGM Properties

JGM Properties is a family-run commercial management company founded in 1980. We are located in Bloomington, MN at 1224 West 96th Street. Our goal is to provide top-notch customer service and care for our tenants. Each building we manage has its own partnership, in which we are the managing partner, allowing us to properly budget and maintain each one.

Our team includes Jay, the President of JGM Properties; Jim, our Accountant; Karen, our Office Manager; Stephanie, our Payables & Billing Manager; Randy, our Construction Manager; and Eli, in charge of Leasing and Marketing.

In recent months, we have worked to improve and streamline our systems to provide faster and more accurate service to our tenants. We are committed to using the latest technology and continuously seeking out better ways to manage our office. Our mission is to provide affordable, attractive, and professional homes for businesses in a friendly environment with a management team that caters to the changing needs of our tenants.

JGM Properties is proud to own and manage our own office, warehouse, medical, and retail properties. JGM Properties offers free season tickets to various Minnesota sports teams and events to our tenants as a benefit of leasing with us. This includes tickets to the Minnesota Vikings, Minnesota Twins, St Paul Saints, and Minnesota Wild, as well as the Renaissance Festival.
